We loved Taj Jaipur. Was a island of calm in a noises Jaipur. What a incredible city! Will be always in my memories! Peacooks, swimming pool, good food, nice people, everything you need on vacation! India is a country that is a must go! The indians are so kind and peaceful. I love this country!

Have experienced many Taj properties across India , but Taj Jai Mahal just stood out as an experience . The elegance of the palace and the way it has been restored and maintained , simply transports you back in time . But it's not just the palace , not just the infrastructure which made it outstanding, it was the entire staff and their impeccable levels of service which made it auch a nice experience. They go above and beyond to take care of their guests and a true warmth, care and respect for their guests . I had a delayed flight and they very gladly supported me in offering a delayed check out for almost 8 hours which was beyond my expectations and such a pleasant surprise. Right from when we entered , to the evening carriage ride where they clicked and framed a photograph as a memoir , to small small requests being entertained since we had a 2 year child along with us who was not feeling well. One can find much grander properties of Taj in the city and we did experience them , but I must say nothing came close to the hospitality and warmth that we experienced here Special thanks to Gaurav Thakur - the Manager, Mr Balbeer Ji and Mr. Bhawani - the housekeeping incharge and both the chef's - Mr. Kuldeep and Bhavesh who attended us at breakfast - Thank you again for a memorable experience. And this is not a paid post , if anyone has doubts about that :)

Ambience and staff great. For the room we had was overpriced compared to where we stayed else where. Every other hotel we had, we had a suite for this money. Ground floor room with opening doors on to small garden, but mosquitos so bad we couldn't open the doors. Expected more and photos did not reflect the room and size.

We stayed at the Jai mahal palace Jaipur over one weekend and were absolutely blown away by the hospitality on display at every juncture and from every team. We traveled with our baby and they made every effort possible to make us and our little one as comfortable as possible. The front desk staff Gaurav- he made sure to take pictures and videos of our horse carriage ride and print the photo on the spot and deliver the photos to our room. The chefs at the Marble arch - chef Kulwinder and Chef Birman, made every effort to keep us and the baby happy, making idlis specially for him, chaas for our mum and the best pyaaz kachoris and aata halwa for us. Divya at the Cinnamon restaurant gave exceptional service during our lunch. Even the housekeeping staff deserve a shoutout for the fact that they were thoughtful enough to change our trash more regularly and provided us with extra trash bags for the diapers we inevitably needed and never commented on the fact that our little one thought moving everything in the tea set provided was his favorite game. The chocolates in the shape of animals were a hit with not just our little one. They definitely went above and beyond to make our short trip there as comfortable and fun as possible- my kid loved the traditional puppet show, the folk dance, the morning flute player and also the evening horse carriage ride. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur. The high level of service is bar none! I travel extensively for work and have never felt so much warmth from the hotel staff. Kudos to them!
